Tempering
Our process meets or exceeds the tempering requirements of ANSI Z97.1. Tempered product is produced to customer size specifications. We offer a wide range of thickness and transmissions, conductive/non-conductive for tempered glass. We do radius corners, holes, and silk-screening on our glass. Our tempering process provides for quick turn around, and effective pricing for small and large quantities.

Tempered glass is hardened to 3 to 5 times stronger than ordinary glass. By tempering our coated glass we change the strength of the glass and add ruggedization to our product at a cost competitive to standard safety and annealed glass. When broken, tempered glass forms oblique bean size granules to reduce damage to human bodies. Tempered glass also withstands quick temperature changes. Our tempering process is suggested for use with our coatings.
